Your agreement with Revio
By creating an account or using any part of Revio (the website, the mobile apps, the in-car experience, or any related service), you enter into a legal agreement with Revio Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Bangalore, India ("Revio", "we", "us"). If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll tell you in-app and via email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
Who can use Revio
To use Revio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country.
- Provide accurate and current information about yourself and your vehicles.
- Not be barred from using the service under applicable law.
If you are using Revio on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
Your account & security
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password safe, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use at security@revio.in.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being used to harm other users, breach the law, or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
We ask that you don't use Revio to:
- List, sell, or transfer a vehicle you do not own or have authority to sell.
- Misrepresent a vehicle's condition, mileage, or service history.
- Interfere with other users, our partners, or the operation of the service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or rebuild a competing product using our data.
- Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We rely heavily on user reports for marketplace integrity. If you see something off, please flag it from the listing or reach out to trust@revio.in.
Marketplace transactions
Revio facilitates the discovery and listing of used vehicles between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transaction unless we explicitly indicate so for a specific service (for example, Revio Certified inspection).
We provide tools — verified condition reports, transparent pricing, escrow-style payments where supported — to reduce risk, but the ultimate decision to buy or sell is yours.
Service bookings & partner garages
When you book a service through Revio, the contract for the work is between you and the partner garage. We vet partners on quality and fairness, and we provide a dispute-resolution layer if things go wrong — but we do not perform the mechanical work ourselves unless the booking is labelled "Revio Operated".
Prices shown are estimates from the partner; final invoice may vary based on the work actually carried out. We'll always show you the variance and ask for approval before extra work begins.
Fees, payments & taxes
Most of Revio is free for car owners. Premium features (advanced diagnostics, document concierge, priority service) may carry a subscription. Marketplace and service transactions may include a platform fee shown clearly at checkout.
All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We use third-party payment processors; by paying through Revio, you also agree to their terms.
Intellectual property
Revio, the wordmark, the dial-glyph logo, the dashboard design and all the software powering the service are owned by Revio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while you have an account in good standing.
Content you upload (photos of your car, service history, reviews) stays yours. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and process it as needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Revio is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work hard to keep the service accurate and available, we don't guarantee that information (vehicle history, price suggestions, AI diagnostics) is complete or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revio's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Before going to court, we ask that you write to legal@revio.in — most disagreements can be resolved with a single email.
