How we hire

Four conversations. No theatrics.

Step 01

A quick intro

20 minutes with a hiring manager. We learn what you care about; you learn what we are actually working on.

Step 02

Craft conversation

A 60-minute deep-dive on real work. No leetcode, no whiteboard trivia — we look at your portfolio or pair on a small real problem.

Step 03

Team round

Meet 2-3 future teammates over a half day. We check culture fit and you check ours. Honesty both ways.

Step 04

Offer, fast

Decision in 5 working days from the last round. Transparent comp bands shared at offer. References optional, mutual.
